To form a company we need to open a bank account for the charter capital to be paid in.
The minimum capital is 18600 EUR, out of which 1/3, that is, 6200 EUR must be paid in before a company can be registered by the Notary.
If you declare a bigger capital, i.e. 20000 EUR, only 1/5thmust be paid.
Our Company registration fees 2200 EUR, including Notary and Ministry of Economy fees, visit to notary to sign the company registration by a proxy from you, and to the Ministry of Economy agency.
Legal address in Brussels or Wallonia, from 60 EUR per month, 6 months prepayment.
VAT registration 100 EUR +60 EUR fee
Accounting: from 80 EUR per month
Shelf company in Belgium: from 2500 EUR
Nominal Director: as per agreement and per prior discussion.

To register a company, we need a copy of your ID (passport), your current legal address, diploma copy of the future director, proposed name (3 versions), list of all projected activities, also a mention of whether you will be present to sign the Foundation agreement or you would like to sign by proxy, proposed capital and how much will be paid in, list of founders with the shares partition between them.
