There was no rioting in the streets after the Belgian Red Devils lost their Euro 2016 opening match against Italy on Monday. Instead, fans took to the streets around Place Saint-Géry, in the heart of Brussels, and celebrated as if the Belgians had won, writes Bruzz.
Onlookers would have sworn that the Belgians had just won their match against Italy on Monday night, as the area around Place Saint-Géry filled with dancing and cheering Red Devils fans. The local police, meanwhile, patrolled the area on foot or watched the revelry from their vehicles.
