The federal government aims to unveil a monument in the capital to commemorate the victims of Brussels terror attacks.
The memorial will be presented on 22 March, 2017, one year after the terror attacks in Brussels.
A competition for the project was launched recently, writes Het Laatste Nieuws.
The maximum budget for the entire project is about €100,000.
According to the public tender documents proposals must be received no later than 1 December.
A location for the memorial has yet to be determined.
